Retardation of the "Legal" System
Here is something that I can not understand...The current system and the convicted sex offender(s). They are the scurge of the universe. They steal a child's innocence and cause them a lifetime of pain and trouble...it is a sexual perversion. and the last time i knew, a person's sexual interests don't just change over night...!!!!! So just slap them on the wrist the first time...and on the second time...give them a liitle time out...and then make them register...but what will happen after the 3rd, 4th, 5th, ect., incidences....not much more than before....Are we that nieve as a society....and are we that unwilling to protect our children.....But what do i know...i just live here and pay taxes.

YES! Finally there is someone with sense! I agree!
We should lock them up and forget about them forever.
This is a tricky question to which I don't think there is any easy answer. You've inspired me to blog on my personal experience with this topic...
